Do you only train powerlifters?

No, most of my clients are women who want to gain muscle, grow their glutes, lose fat, and feel confident in their bodies. I work with beginners, intermediate lifters, and a small percentage of athletes looking to optimise performance.

Will I lose weight on your program?

If your goal is fat loss, we’ll structure your training and nutrition accordingly. Our approach helps you lose fat effectively while maintaining muscle, and we have many effective weight loss and lifestyle transformations.
