I’m a strength coach and powerlifter, passionate about helping women feel strong and confident in themselves.

My journey into strength training started during my recovery from Anorexia, which completely changed my life. I fell in love with training for performance and learning to adopt an approach to training that was long-term and sustainable. What began as a way to find confidence in my body, became a passion for helping others discover their own strengths, within the gym and within themselves.

I studied a degree in Exercise Science for four years learning how to optimise training, nutrition, and performance, continuing to invest in ongoing education. Coaching is so much more than just the way you look and I take pride in embodying a holistic approach, focusing on strength, mindset and building a body that feels as good as it looks.

Most of my clients are women who have goals to gain muscle, grow their glutes, lose fat, feel confident in their own skin, whilst learning how to lift property. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or want to take your results to the next level, my goal is to make your fitness journey empowering and long-lasting. I also coach a small percentage of athletes, who compete in women’s AFL, Dragon Boating and Powerlifting, using evidence backed programming to help them perform at their best.
